“We’re hearing from clients that there are going to be concerns,” said Strotz, managing partner of the firm’s L.A. office. “Everything from crisis management and employment to data privacy and security to insurance, real estate, corporate governance, restructuring. And this assumes there is not going to be legislation to abate some of this. I think it has the potential to reach all kinds of areas of the law.”
