Fenwick & West securities litigators Susan Muck and Kevin Muck have left the firm after 16 years to join Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr in Northern California as partners, yet another example of the hyper-competitive lateral market in Silicon Valley this year.

The two attorneys first joined Fenwick in 2004 and founded the firm’s securities litigation practice. Kevin Muck leans toward securities class action defense, having represented Cisco and VMware, while Susan Muck’s practice is largely focused on internal investigations and SEC defense work. She has represented Uber, Electronic Arts, Fitbit and Intuit.
