A Houston company is seeking more than $1 million from Mayer Brown, alleging the firm gave bad advice on structuring solar system purchase agreements in Maryland.
Houston partner David Tallman of Mayer Brown was also named as a defendant in the suit, which was filed Sept. 11 in state district court in Harris County by Sunnova Energy Corp.
