Connie Bertram, who filed a gender bias suit against Proskauer Rose in 2017 and moved to Polsinelli after the litigation settled in 2018, just launched Bertram LLP, her own labor and employment firm in Washington, D.C.
“This is something I’ve had in the back of my head for 10 or 15 years. I’ve had several clients that encouraged me to do this,” she said.
