Ousted Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht partner Donald Lewis has accused a former paralegal with the firm of lying in a federal lawsuit, which claimed that Lewis had sexually assaulted her in 2018.

In an amended complaint, filed Aug. 31 in Manhattan Supreme Court, Lewis said that the account of the former paralegal, Selina Kyle, was “riddled with revisionist history and demonstrable falsehoods” meant to defame him amid a contentious legal battle touched off by his termination from the embattled law firm in 2018.
