Jeffrey P. Gray Jeffrey Gray, managing partner, Davis Wright Tremaine.

Earlier this summer, Davis Wright Tremaine earned a slot in Microsoft’s innovation accelerator after a monthslong competition among outside providers. In this interview, Jeffrey Gray, the firm’s managing partner, discusses working with competitors, Davis Wright’s innovative mindset, and why both can play a role in meeting clients’ needs. The interview has been lightly edited for clarity.
