Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Davis Polk & Wardwell all landed roles in the IPO of data collection/software/consulting firm Palantir as it looks to go public 17 years after it was founded by current CEO Alex Karp, Nathan Gettings, Joe Lonsdale, Stephen Cohen and Peter Thiel.

The IPO is expected to be the largest since Uber’s in 2019 and the company will be listed as PLTR on the New York Stock Exchange.
