The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed corporations into new compliance and legal waters, which means there’s never been a more crucial time for general counsel to step up, take on executive roles and be strategic business partners.
That’s according to a new report from Stamford, Connecticut-based research and advisory firm Gartner Inc. that expands on an earlier survey of 97 global GCs from large and midsize companies.
