As the novel coronavirus pandemic stretches past five months and stimulus money wanes, Baker McKenzie has established a practice group to advise companies looking to modify or litigate their leases.
The firm’s new lease litigation and restructuring practice is made up of real estate, litigation, employment, insurance, tax and restructuring attorneys. The group is led by Los Angeles securities litigation partner Perrie Weiner and Miami-based restructuring partner Paul Keenan, who jumped to Baker McKenzie in April from Greenberg Traurig.
