She has a wealth of global experience advising a number of territories on a variety of different areas of law, including acting as main legal adviser to the board and company secretary. Her experience includes leadership roles at NetSuite, Enterprise Rent A Car, Fleetcor, Havn and RVU managing legal departments.

Timiko Cranwell | Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs | Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I

Timiko is the Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I and has over 10 years of experience. She has advised marketing, sales, operations, finance, treasury, HR & IT departments in multinational corporations. She has a proven ability and skills to coordinate large scale, group-wide projects such as standard terms of supply, compliance, policy development and implementation and global strategies to deal with changes in the law.

Robert Fowler | Director of Strategic Partnerships | Exterro

Robert Fowler is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Exterro. Robert has over a decade of experience helping legal, compliance, privacy and IT executives in the areas of information governance, data mapping, data minimization, and third-party diligence.  He has helped hundreds of leading companies develop and maintain comprehensive data inventories to comply with expanding data privacy regulations and implement defensible data minimization and deletion strategies to dramatically reduce the amount of email, electronic information and paper records. 

His extensive experience and knowledge of information governance and data privacy requirements enables him to help clients establish effective processes for ongoing compliance.  Robert has worked with executives at companies including J. Crew, Smith & Wesson, Louis Vuitton, Brown Brothers Harriman, Raymond James and Newell Rubbermaid.  

James Sherer | Partner, Chair Information Governance and Artificial Intelligence Teams| Baker & Hostetler LLP

James Sherer is Counsel in the New York office of BakerHostetler. At BakerHostetler, James co-chairs the Information Governance practice team and serves as part of the E-Discovery and Management and Privacy and Data Protection groups.

His work focuses on litigation; discovery management processes; enterprise risk management; records and information governance; data privacy, security, and bank secrecy; technology integration issues; and related merger and acquisition diligence. Prior to joining BakerHostetler, James worked as in-house litigator with a Fortune 500 company and previously practiced litigation in New York.

James holds CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM credentials as well as an MBA in finance; is a member of The Sedona Conference® Working Groups One, Six, and Eleven; and writes and presents on e-discovery, information governance, privacy, investigation, and merger and acquisition issues.
