In a continuing management shakeup, Magellan Health Inc. has named David Haddock as general counsel and secretary as of Feb. 3.
It is the third executive officer change at the Phoenix-based company since November, when former general counsel Daniel Gregoire announced his retirement. A new CEO was hired in November and a new president and chief operating officer in December. The Fortune 500 company manages health care plans and pharmacy benefits.
