Opening statements in the criminal trial of former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein began Wednesday, when prosecutor Meghan Hast of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office showed jurors a series of photos to emphasize Weinstein’s influence and the youth and naivete of his alleged victims.

Weinstein has pleaded not guilty to predatory sexual assault, rape and criminal sexual act in connection with alleged attacks against three women over a 20-year period.
