Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Neil Gorsuch, reflecting a closely divided high court, on Wednesday voiced competing views on whether the U.S. Supreme Court’s major religion case of the term was actually a dispute that could be decided.
“Where is the harm?” Ginsburg asked Richard Komer of the Institute for Justice in the first question from the bench.
