Herbert Smith Freehills has appointed its Asia and U.S. leader and global dispute resolution head Justin D’Agostino as its next CEO.
He will take up the role from 1 May 2020 for a term of four years, after current CEO Mark Rigotti announced his intention to stand down from the role earlier this year.
