Global defense, transportation and military technology company Cubic Corp. has hired Hilary Hageman as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

Hageman started her new job Monday at Cubic’s headquarters in San Diego. She succeeds Jim Edwards, who is transitioning to an executive advisory role as he prepares to retire in June 2020.
