Lowell Herb Co., a Los Angeles-based cannabis company, announced Thursday it has hired a former MedMen board member to become its first chief administrative officer and general counsel.

Stacey Hallerman started working at Lowell Herb in September. As general counsel, she oversees the legal and compliance functions. As chief administrative officer, she oversees human resources and focuses on building organizational health.
