How often during the week do you work out? At least three days.

At what time during the day or evening do you work out? I usually work out in the evenings but I am attempting to transition to morning workouts to minimize interruptions that arise with evening workouts.

What's your go-to routine? I do full-body workouts – similar to a cross-fit training which includes cardio, core/ab strengthening. Additionally, I select a different area to emphasize each day. Workout 1 is often leg day and Workout 2 emphasizes my core and I use a combination of weights and the machines at the gym.

How long does it take?  1.5 hours.

Why do you like this routine? It allows me to work my entire body and emphasize my strength areas.

What does regular exercise do for you? Exercising helps me maintain an emotional balance and enhances my overall productivity along with positive thinking.

How long have you been exercising regularly? About five years.

In what ways have you changed your routine over the months or years? I have alternated working with a trainer to ensure my workouts are providing the best results and to obtain expert advice on appropriate workouts. I also incorporate weightlifting and often yoga to strengthen weaker areas.

How do you get convince yourself to work out when you don't want to?  I try to reward myself with something on those days when I truly don't want to work out and think of my ultimate goal of working out—to feel and look my best.
