Judge Rodriguez is speaker on continuing legal education seminars and has authored numerous articles regarding employment law, discovery and arbitration.
	Gina Trimarco \| Senior Attorney \| DLA Piper Gina Trimarco is a litigator who represents clients in a variety of complex litigation involving financial services, health care, consumer fraud act, insurance, contract claims, and employment matters. She also counsels clients about all aspects of information governance, from ediscovery and records management, to data privacy.
