An in-house executive at Groupon has left the global e-commerce company to take over as the chief lawyer for cannabis firm Revolution Enterprises.
Alissa “Ali” Jubelirer joined Revolution on Monday as general counsel after spending more than seven years in Groupon’s legal department in Chicago, where she most recently served as vice president, deputy general counsel and global employment and chief compliance officer. She joined Groupon as senior corporate counsel.
