The University of Denver Strum College of Law has been sued for a second time for allegedly paying women law professors less than their male colleagues.

Rashmi Goel, an associate law professor at the school since 2002, on Monday filed a gender-based pay and race discrimination suit against the law school. Her suit comes a year after the school entered into a consent agreement with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to resolve allegations of widespread underpayment of full-time women law faculty. As part of that agreement, the school paid nearly $2.7 million to female law professors who for years earned less than their male colleagues.
