The fight over a congressional subpoena to President Donald Trump’s longtime accounting firm Mazars USA LLP is being appealed to the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C.

Attorneys for President Donald Trump and his businesses on Tuesday morning filed a notice of appeal to federal trial court Judge Amit Mehta, after the judge upheld a U.S. House Oversight Committee subpoena which sought Trump’s financial records dating back to 2011.
