George Washington appointed 11 Supreme Court justices? It’s good to be the king–er, president.

Welcome, quiz contestants to Washington’s real birthday. Last week 76 percent of you saw right through a lawyer facing bar discipline, knowing that his multiple excuses merited an “all of the above” answer. But only 40 percent of you knew that among Presidents FDR, JFK, Nixon and Ford, only Kennedy wasn’t a lawyer. That’s OK, counselor. No judgment here.

It’s been a heck of a week, with Roger Stone’s hearing, lots of SCOTUS activity and buzz about the release of the report from special counsel Robert Mueller concerning his probe of Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

Let’s see how you fare this week. Good luck!
