Twitter Makes 2 Big In-House Hires

Twitter Inc. has added a pair of prominent players from the in-house world to its legal team.

The San Francisco-based tech company’s general counsel, Sean Edgett, announced Wednesday that Twitter had hired Tod Cohen, the former chief lawyer for online ticket exchange StubHub, and Stephanie King, who was leading the legal department at AdRoll Inc., an online advertising tech company.
