Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby brought on associate Nicole M. Garibaldi to the insurance practice in Bedminster. Garibaldi had been working as a contract attorney in McLean, Virginia. She clerked for Superior Court Judge William J. McGovern III, and while in law school was a legal intern for International Fidelity Insurance Co. and a clerk for Nissenbaum Law Group. She also was an extern for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Rosemary Gambardella, and an intern for the Clerk’s Office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the District of New Jersey. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2015, and her B.A. from Northeastern University in 2010. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Washington, D.C.

Associate Jeanette Luna joined Goldberg Segalla‘s workers’ compensation group in Newark, departing Kelman, Winston, and ValloneLuna represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in New Jersey and New York. She is also a court-certified mediator. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, her J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law, and master’s in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse. At Syracuse, Luna clerked for Superior court Judge Bridget A. Stecher in the Civil Part. She is fluent in Spanish.
