A federal jury in Atlanta has awarded $11.1 million in a contract dispute between health care companies working on a project to streamline electronic medical records.
Caradigm USA, a health care IT company, won $11.1 million in its lawsuit against PruittHealth Inc. The verdict came in Friday following a four-day trial before U.S. District Judge Steve Jones of the Northern District of Georgia.
