The judge that Ford Motor Co. tried unsuccessfully to disqualify from a products liability case has ordered severe sanctions.
Gwinnett County State Court Judge Shawn Bratton issued the sanctions against Ford for repeatedly violating his orders in a highly contentious trial over the fatal caving-in of a pickup truck roof, which ended in a mistrial April 6.
