U.S. District Judge Richard Kopf of Nebraska doesn’t need a blog to stir up controversy.

Late last week, the former author of the controversial blog Hercules and the umpire sparked an outcry online when he used Twitter to compare a group of law clerks to the Spanish Inquisition. The group, which is called Law Clerks for Workplace Accountability, is seeking to provide input to the federal judiciary as it works to overhaul its sexual harassment policies.
