The bad news in the latest compensation survey from the Association of Corporate Counsel is that the in-house gender pay gap remains strong, despite much discussion about the disparity in the past few years. The good news is that the gap may be shrinking.

The ACC 2018 Global Compensation Report includes salary and benefits data from more than 5,000 in-house counsel and legal operations professionals in 65 countries.
