The firm has also hired employment partner Dermot Casserly to its Dublin office. Casserly joins from national firm Beauchamps, where he was head of the firm’s employment and benefits group. He focuses on advising large and mid-size corporates, public bodies and senior executives on risk management, layoff issues, contracts and work permits.

DLA Piper has hired capital markets partner Roland Maass to join its Frankfurt office from Latham & Watkins, where Maass had been a partner since 2006. Maass will join the firm’s corporate practice alongside associate Juliane Hack.
