Judge Frank M. Hull has served as a judge in state and federal courts since 1984. After 20 years of service on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, she became a senior judge on that court last year.

Hull graduated from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and Emory University School of Law. In 1973, she began her legal career as a law clerk to Judge Elbert P. Tuttle of the Fifth Circuit, from which the Eleventh Circuit would be formed during the early 1980s.
