This isn’t a case of good fences making good neighbors. In fact, it’s the opposite, with the Third District Court of Appeal deciding a parking lot dispute on commercial real estate.

A company tied to real estate juggernaut Dezer Development is in a legal spat with a college after “erecting large green fences on common parking areas” at the a mixed-use plaza. The college claimed it had a right to use the parking spaces and responded to Dezer’s fences with a suit for temporary and permanent injunctive relief.
