Donald M. Pepe of Scarinci Hollenbeck had an eventful 2017, in which he represented Hoboken Brown Stone in the Coles Street project in Jersey City, a redevelopment of some 1.25 million square feet, which led to the formation of a special improvement district plan and a $28 million municipal bond issue. Pepe also counsels such clients as Wawa and Walmart on development issues in New Jersey and beyond.
