A state court has disbarred former Dewey & LeBoeuf executive Joel Sanders, who was convicted by a Manhattan jury last year of fraud and other charges.
Sanders, formerly chief financial officer of what was one of the largest firms in New York, was stricken from the rolls of attorneys under an order by the Appellate Division, Second Department, on Wednesday.
