The mergers & acquisitions group at Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi in West Orange handled some 30 deals worth upward of $1 billion combined in 2017, for clients in various industries. Among those deals was the $360 million acquisition of a provider of rehabilitation services to inmates by a publicly held entity, in which the firm represented the seller.
