In an effort to push into the U.K. technology and life sciences sector, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is opening an office in London that will be led by corporate and technology partner Daniel Glazer, head of the firm’s U.S. expansion practice.
Glazer, who joined Wilson Sonsini’s New York office in 2016 after co-leading the technology transactions and emerging companies group at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, will now be based out of Silicon Valley stalwart’s new space on London’s iconic Old Street. Glazer focuses his practice on advising international technology and life sciences companies throughout their life cycle.
