The Georgia Supreme Court ruled Monday that a city has the right to deny a liquor license to a business that provides nude entertainment. With a unanimous decision written by Justice Britt Grant, the high court upheld as constitutional the City of Sandy Springs’ ordinances that ban the sale of alcohol in adult establishments.
