Longtime top in-house lawyer Alan Tse is moving to Jones Lang LaSalle, IP Inc.—his third general counsel position in a little more than seven years.
The Chicago-based professional services and investment- and real estate-management company announced Thursday that Tse will serve as global GC and corporate secretary, overseeing the company’s legal and compliance functions, beginning June 27. He succeeds a retiring Mark Ohringer.
