The Association of Corporate Counsel on Monday announced that it is promoting one of its own to become the organization’s new chief legal officer.
Susanna McDonald, who has spent the majority of her legal career working for the ACC, began her role as the vice president and chief legal officer on June 1. McDonald takes over for Amar Sarwal who left the organization to be a stay-at-home dad.
