Former Fifth Third Bank chief legal officer Heather Russell will move into the CLO spot at TransUnion on June 4, the credit reporting agency has announced.
Russell’s new position marks her re-entrance into the in-house world. In August 2016, Russell was ousted as CLO of Fifth Third Bancorp over a romantic relationship the bank claimed constituted a conflict of interest.
