Leading trial lawyer Henry “Hank” Asbill is joining Buckley Sandler from Jones Day, making for the fifth Jones Day partner in recent weeks to leave for a rival firm.
Asbill’s departure follows news earlier Monday that a three-partner bankruptcy team left Jones Day for Hogan Lovells in Los Angeles. And last week, The American Lawyer reported on Latham & Watkins’ hire of the former co-head of Jones Day’s real estate group.
