BlackBerry Ltd. asked a Delaware federal judge on Tuesday to reinstate claims against a Nokia subsidiary accused of facilitating the infringement of 11 patents underlying BlackBerry’s 3G and 4G communications technology in the United States.
In a motion seeking reargument, BlackBerry said it had supported its allegations that Nokia Solutions and Network Holdings USA Inc., or NSN Holdings, had helped an American unit of Nokia to sell infringing products to U.S. customers.
