John G. Berg, a long-disbarred lawyer from Delaware County, has been sued over sexual assault allegations by a housekeeper he sought out online in 2016.
In a complaint filed March 19 in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, plaintiff Rose Sabatino said she met Berg through the website care.com, which he was purportedly using to find a housekeeper for his home in Newtown Square.
