A federal judge in New Jersey has dismissed a $1.65 million breach of contract and unjust enrichment suit against Ahmed Zayat, the owner of racehorse American Pharoah.

The ruling came just three days after Zayat was hit with a $10 million libel suit by the attorney for the plaintiff in the breach of contract case over statements Zayat made to the press about the merits of the claim.
