A New Jersey software developer has filed a patent infringement suit over Apple Inc.’s recently introduced Health App and HealthKit products.
In a suit filed April 30 in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, plaintiff LMG 3 Marketing and Development Corp., based in Hillsdale, claims it invented a portable device to store patients’ medical histories back in 2002 and was awarded two patents.
