A federal judge in Camden has ruled that an Atlantic County township did not unconstitutionally deny a strip club’s application for a business license and repair permits because it objected to adult entertainment.
U.S. District Judge Joseph Irenas of the District of New Jersey granted summary judgment April 23 to defendants Hamilton Township and its zoning board, finding plaintiff Harding Brass failed to show its First Amendment rights were violated when its application was denied.
