Latham & Watkins is poised to strengthen its finance offering in London with the addition of three partners from Cahill Gordon & Reindel.
Jonathan Brownson, Joydeep Choudhuri and Prue Criddle are set to join Latham after over three years at Cahill Gordon, according to people with knowledge of the matter. The three all joined the firm’s London operation from Allen & Overy—now A&O Shearman—between 2020 and 2021.
