An unnamed partner from Osborne Clarke has been referred to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal over letters they sent to campaigner and former Clifford Chance partner Dan Neidle.
The SRA has referred the partner to the tribunal after Neidle had made a complaint to the regulator in 2022 over letters he received from an Osborne Clarke partner on behalf of the former U.K. chancellor Nadhim Zahawi.
