The Arnold Law Firm is taking Jacoby & Meyers to federal court, alleging the latter may be taking away personal injury customers by using a tagline similar to one trademarked by the former.

Sacramento area attorney Craig A. Simmermon filed the trademark suit Nov. 28 in Eastern District of California federal court on behalf of Clayeo Arnold, founder and president of the Arnold Law Firm.
