A pair of $750,000 diamond stud earrings once owned by Erika Girardi won’t be the only jewelry at a planned auction organized by the Girardi Keese bankruptcy trustee: A former “friend” of Tom Girardi this month turned over three diamond necklaces and a pair of earrings totaling up to $15,000.

Trustee Elissa Miller has been fighting all year with Erika Girardi, Tom Girardi’s estranged wife and star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” over the diamond earrings. The trustee alleges Tom Girardi bought the earrings in 2007 using client settlements from lawsuits over the diabetes drug Rezulin.
