Weil, Gotshal & Manges has added six new associates to its Dallas office. The fall 2023 incoming associate class is all women: Kayley Bacigalupo, Banking & Finance; Lauren Broidy, Private Equity; Emma Conde, Private Equity; Jasmine Harris, Complex Commercial Litigation; Sarah Yue, Tax; and Hunter Zepeda, Private Equity.

“Weil has long embraced the values of diversity, equity and inclusion, including empowering and engendering inclusive opportunities for women,” said Courtney Marcus, managing partner of Weil’s Dallas office and co-head of the firm’s Banking & Finance practice. “The firm is keenly focused on nurturing the talents and energy of women attorneys, from our global leadership ranks to our first-year associates. I know from personal experience, as one who first joined Weil as an associate, that our incoming group will have every opportunity to succeed with strong support from the firm and a robust array of mentoring and networking programs.”
